Raw Hummus

Raw Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 30 ml tahini paste
  • 150 grm chickpea sprouts
  • Rock salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Water as necessary for the consistency
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Paprika for sprinkling
  • Sesame seeds for sprinkling

Method:

  1. Put all the hummus ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add a little water as needed to get the right consistency.

Notes

  • Serve up as we did, on bread, drizzled with a little oil and a green salad of your choice on the side.
  • Or serve as a dip with a selection of vegetable crudites.
  • You can sprinkle with the sesame seed and paprika for extra zing and effect.
