Raw Hummus
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 30 ml tahini paste
- 150 grm chickpea sprouts
- Rock salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- Water as necessary for the consistency
- Olive oil for drizzling
- Paprika for sprinkling
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method:
- Put all the hummus ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Add a little water as needed to get the right consistency.
Notes
- Serve up as we did, on bread, drizzled with a little oil and a green salad of your choice on the side.
- Or serve as a dip with a selection of vegetable crudites.
- You can sprinkle with the sesame seed and paprika for extra zing and effect.
