Meat Free Everyday - About UsAbout Karen and Patrick Karen has been vegetarian for over 30 years now, and is passionate about keeping fit and eating healthily. It has taken her a while to find out just what works, and what doesn't, and she would love to share what she has learnt. Whether you are a brand new vegetarian taking baby steps, or living with someone who has decided to forgo meat, she hopes this website will give all the insight and ideas you need to eat, and be more healthy, and to make being vegetarian a positive change. Patrick has always kept relatively fit and healthy, and although not 100% vegetarian, since being with Karen, eats very little meat at all. And openly admits feeling much healthier for it. He enjoys cooking and entertaining and has learnt an enormous amount from Karen about cooking a healthy or vegetarian diet. Together with Karen, he would like to share these cooking ideas, and help encourage you to eat healthily and move towards being "flexitarian", or almost meat free. |
