Low Carb Oatcakes
Ingredients:
- 4 Cups oat bran
- 1/2 Cup soy flour
- 1/2 Cup gluten flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 Cup butter at room temperature
- 1 Cup water
Cooking method:
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the butter and rub between your fingers until it is well mixed and the mixture looks like fine bread crumbs.
- Add the water slowly until the mixture comes together.
- Roll out and cut into shapes.
- Line a baking tray with baking parchment and place oatcakes on the tray.
- Bake at 180'C until golden for around 25 minutes.
