Low Carb Bread
1 loaf - 10 slices
Ingredients:
- 300 grams ground almonds
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
Preparation and cooking:
- Grind the almonds, or use almond flour
- Mix all ingredients
- Spoon into a 450 grm loaf tin
- Bake at 180 deg C for 50 mins, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean
- Turn out onto a cooling rack
