Low Carb Bread

1 loaf - 10 slices

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams ground almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten

Preparation and cooking:

  1. Grind the almonds, or use almond flour
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Spoon into a 450 grm loaf tin
  4. Bake at 180 deg C for 50 mins, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean
  5. Turn out onto a cooling rack
