Almond Ricotta Bread

Almond Ricotta Bread

Ingredients:

  • 300g ground almonds
  • 300g Ricotta cheese crumbled
  • 1 C desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 C Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 t Vanilla extract
  • Ground spices to taste, I used Cinnamon, Cloves and Nutmeg

Cooking method:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Place in a greased oven proof loaf tin.
  5. Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins.
