Raw Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups pitted dates
  • 1 Cup water
  • twist of Himalayan rock salt
  • dash of essence - we used orange or almond
  • 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 Cup almond flour

Preparation:

  1. Blend the whole lot together using a power blender.
  2. You can always adjust the water or almond flour to get the right consistency.
  3. Spoon into whatever small dishes or holder you want to serve up in.
  4. Keep chilled in the fridge.
  5. You can garnish or serve up with whatever fruit takes your fancy. Blueberries and mint this time

Notes

  1. It is very rich, hence the small serving portions
